He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Haggard and Gladys Haggard; and his brothers, Charles, James (J. P.) and Claude.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Haggard; his children, Jason Haggard (Brooke) and Stacey Bushnell (Gus); his granddaughters, Emmeline Haggard, Adalee Bushnell and Olivia Bushnell; his siblings, Thelma Parker (Johnny), Sharon Cox (Steve), Paul Haggard (Ruby), Jack Haggard (Gale) and Gary Haggard (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Glenda, Lee Manis, Shirley Haggard, Joyce Haggard and Lois Townsend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many close friends.
