He was predeceased by: his father Robert Banks Sr.; his former wife Judy Banks; and his brother Mike "Red" Cupp. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Banks; his stepdaughters, Ashley Cauthron, Lori Dishman (Richy) and Penny Evans (Mike); his mother Edith Banks; and his siblings, Steve Cupp, Denise Bishop (Hal) and Marshall Banks (Nikki). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
