It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly Ann Trentham of Seymour, Tennessee, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ira Trentham; her son Paul Trentham; and her parents, Joseph Gilbert and Arlettie Gilbert. She is survived by: her son Rick (Pam Trentham); her grandsons, Travis (Brittany Trentham) and Josh (Laura Trentham); her great grandchildren, Zoe, Ella, Levi and Josie Trentham; and her nieces, Frankie Easterday, Margie Moser and Brenda Guffey Owenby.
