He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Biggs and Mary Pascall; his stepparents, Cal Pascall, Ruby Biggs and Dorothy Biggs; his aunts, Belinda, Vickie and Shirley; his cousins, Michael and Tracy; and his sister-in-law Pamela.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Biggs; his former wife Ellie Lockhart; his children, Joshua York, Steven Lumpkin, Hannah Powell, Amanda Bitterlich (Caleb Tarwater), Jerry Bitterlich (Jessica Myers) and MaryAnna Biggs; his grandchildren, Noah, Peyton, Laileigh, Ethan, Lincoln, Grace, Abel, Albrey, Raven and Kailey; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Foster Gibson (Rickey), Donna Rogers Boling (James) and Billy Foster (Angela Dawn); and his close friends, Christopher, Valerie Reagan, Steve Tarwater, Gene Ford and Danny Powell. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
