He was predeceased by: his parents, AJ Lewelling and Cleo Lewelling; his brother Jack Lewelling; and his former wife Patricia Carr. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Musick and Mike Lewelling (Vickey); his grandchildren, Jerry McFalls (Ashley), Jessica Gray (Drew), Bradley Lewelling (Haley) and Brandon Lewelling (Charity); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Colby, Jayson, Aubry, Ryker, Lavran, Austan, Tanner, Brayden, Brooklyn, Aiden and Blaze; his brother Sam Lewelling; and his grandchildren, Diane Cogdill and David Allen.
