She was predeceased by: her brother James Belvin Moody; and her nephew Randall James Moody. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Edward Zaddock; her children, Kristi Shultz (James) of Sevierville and Paul Zaddock (Elizabeth) of Corpus Christi, Texas; her grandchildren, Tyler Shultz of Sevierville and Katie Shultz of Sevierville; her parents, James Moody and Artha M.
