Tarter; her daughter Kym Rucker (Mike); her grandchildren, Josh Rucker (Amanda Patterson) and Kinsey Rucker; her great grandchildren, Henry Rucker, Isabella Rucker, Lydia Rucker and Liam Rucker; her siblings, Martha Neeley, Charles Criscillis and Josie Moore; her niece Janet Fields; and her nephew Jason Moore.
