He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Kitts and Obeal Noe; and his wife Diana Kitts. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Marcum (Michael); his grandchildren, Karissa, Zoe and Seth; and his sister Tammy Noe Rouse (Dan).
