He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Fraser and Essel Fraser; his sisters, Janice Bone and Katy Bell; and his grandson Josiah Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Esther "Betty" Fraser; his children, Debbie Anderson, Steve Fraser, Matthew Fraser, Judy Collins, Scott Sherman and Jeffrey Sherman; and his sisters, Wanda Hayes and Charlene Ethridge.
