She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Henry Dispennette Jr. of Sevierville, TN; her daughter Dr. Lauri Taunton (Toby) of Spring City, TN; her siblings, Marcia Jones (Charles) of Prattville, AL and Emile Vaughan (Willette) of Pike Road, AL; and her grandchildren, Jacob Muñoz of Scottsdale, AZ and Ana Muñoz of Scottsdale, AZ..
In lieu of flowers, Rena's wishes were for donations to be made to the Friends of the Smokies in support of the park she loved or to the Respite Ministry at FUMC in Montgomery, AL. Their caregiver support means so much to Rena's family during her battle with Alzheimer's.
