She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Coutant and Clyde Coutant; and her siblings, Andrew Coutant and Michelle Coutant. She is survived by: her husband James Ray; her sons, Anthony Ray (Allison) of Moreland Hills, OH and Nathaniel Ray (Neila) of Highlands Ranch, CO; her niece Lenalee Christenson (Noah Kozenko) of Mentor, OH; her sister Glenora Neff (Glenn) of Dade City, FL; and her sister-in-law Beverly Coutant of North Haven, CT. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Audubon Society, Friends of the Smokies, Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont or World Wildlife Fund.
