It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Franklin Hays (Scotts Hill, Tennessee), who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday from 12-3 PM at the church and request that all visitors wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.
