She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hughie Puckett and Gladys Puckett of Virginia; and her husband Herbert King Singleton. She is survived by: her children, Robert Singleton (Tina) and Bessie Emerton; her brother Michael Lawrence Puckett; her grandchildren, Chris, Andy, Ben, Kevin, Summer, Joe, Justin, Jessica, Brett and Kendall; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Bella, Savanna, Clint and Quinn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bradley's Creek Baptist Church.
