She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred, Sr. Mears and Mildred Mears; her husband Kenneth Lack; and her sisters, Bonnie Davenport (James), Marsha Mears and Avonda Carol Mears.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Carlton (Wayne) and Tracy Faulk (Joseph); her siblings, Fred Ray Mears, Jr. (Teresia), Melvin (Denise), Marie Barrett (Rusty), Wanda Pendergrast (Doyle) and Rhonda Pope (Johnny); and her grandchildren, Andrew Faulk, Lauren Cooper (James), Isabella Carlton and Dylan Carlton.
