She was predeceased by: her parents, Casey Farless and Ollie Burks Farless; her husband Charles Cooper; and her siblings, Estill Ray Farless and Beatrice Byrd.

She is survived by: her children, Bubba Cooper (Brenda), Allan Cooper and Malisa Bell (Darrell); and her sister Charlotte Jones. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
