She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson Spain and Nannie May Barber Spain; and her sisters, Ofa Beatrice Spain Jones and Thomas Edna Spain Adams. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, David Jones (Shirley), Jimmy Jones (Marie), Peggy Jones Young (Wayne), Rita Ann Woods and Brenda Adams McCrary (David).
