He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert, Ethel Vincion, Van and Pearl Hackney; and his sister Debora Vincion Sittloh.
He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Gilbert and Esther Lorene Vincion; and his sister Kathy Givens (Ross). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that everyone attending please wear a mask.
