He is survived by: his wife Ann Bugg Black; his children, Edward "Bub" Black (Sherry), Carl Jacobs and Robin Fisher; his brothers, Tommy Black and Gary Black; and his grandchildren, April Black, Jessica Richardson, Tony Fisher and Taylor Black. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
