He is survived by: his mother Beulah McCoy; his wife Elizabeth Brinkley; his children, Curtis Brinkley (Erica) and Elizabeth Ashlee Hensley; and his siblings, Billy Gene Brinkley and Patsy Dodd. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
