She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Tom Gunter; her parents, Mary Elizabeth and Henry "Bob" Melvin; and her grandparents, Charlotte "Lottie", George "Red" Capps, Gertrude and Graham Melvin.
She is survived by: her sister Donna; her brother-in-law Fred Raney; her son Klaus Hofmann; and her pet Torie. She is also survived by relatives and very special and loving friends.
