He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Carol Brown; his children, Jerry Proctor Jr. (Lisa), Michael Lynn Proctor (Julia), Mark Alan Proctor (Tracy) and Melanie Proctor; and his siblings, Michael Steven Brown and Deborah Suzanne Brown. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, Five great grandchildren, And a host of other family, friends.
