He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Chichick and Mary Ellen Veychek Chichick. He is survived by: his wife Hedy Chichick; his children, David Chichick (Michelle) and Christine Barker (Damone Knox); his grandsons, Justin Barker (Joshua Learned), Brandon Barker, David Chichick Jr. (Taylor), Timothy Chichick and William Chichick; and his brother William Chichick (Karen). He is also survived by 8 step-children.
