He is survived by: his wife Ruth Smith of Rockvale, TN; his children, Jacqueline Jean Johnson (James) of Kansas City, MO, Toby Allan Smith of Wichita, KS and Cynthia Lynn Hackert (David) of Centerville, TN; his grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher Johnson, Ashley, Allan Smith, Brittany Hargrove (Hannah), Destiny Hargrove (Caleb) and Stephanie Hargrove; and his sisters, Beatrice Thompson (Mark) of Chicago, IL and Susan Smith (Rex Landrum) of Wichita, KS..
