She is survived by: her husband Roger Johnson; her mothers, Susie Worsham and Tammy Welch; her siblings, Bridgette Welch, Zachary Welch, Dina Gibson and Craig Worsham; her mother-in-law Juanita Johnson; her sister-in-law Janice Johnson; her nieces, Colby Haynes and Cheri Ruble; and her nephew Skylar Holder. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
