He was predeceased by: his wife Blanche Green; his parents, Jack Green and Bonnie Green; and his brother Joe Green. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Miller (Jim) and Kathie Henson (Dan); his grandchild Jennifer Miller; and his siblings, Myrtle Franklin and Jackie Green (Sharon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
