He is survived by: his wife Dottie Blair; his children, Mickey Blair (Vicki) and Terry Blair (Teresa); his grandchildren, Megan, Mindy, Kimberly, Stephanie and Alex; and his sisters, Martha Harrison and Pat McCall. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church or Hopewell Cemetery: In care of Stephen Self, 2138 Niles Ferry Road Madisonville, TN 37354.
