He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Evans and Gladys Wright Evans; and his siblings, Don Evans and Barbara Evans Underwood (Jeannie). He is survived by: his nieces, Vickey Underwood and Amy Fludd (Twan); his nephew Jim Underwood (Melissa); and his friends, Kathy Hobby, Bob, Sheryl, Kelly and DeDee. He is also survived by family members, life-long friends and co-workers.
