She is survived by: her husband Thomas Spiva; her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Johnny Nelson; her daughter Lindsay; her son-in-law Jeff Claxton; her son Christopher Spiva; her grandchildren, Joshua Nelson, Jesse Nelson, Avery Claxton and Wesley Claxton; her great grandchildren, Landon and Eli Nelson; her sister Pat; and her brother-in-law Jerry Wilson.
