Bullen; his daughters, Robin Hicks (Rick) and Renee Loge (Robbie); his grandchildren, Ashley Howard (David), Ryan Loge, Sydni Coppenger and Christian Hicks; and his pet Cody. He is also survived by brother-in-law, and several sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
