He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leon Watts and Maurica Etta Lewis (Lovelace); his wife Deloris Davis Watts; his brother Jackie Watts; and his granddaughter Brooke Gomez.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Mills of Ripley, TN, Tabetha Watts of Brighton, TN, Amber Watts of Halls, TN and Jordan Watts; and his siblings, Mary Scabet of Halls, TN and David Watts of Halls, TN.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
