It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Dean Caldwell of Ripley, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ray Mills; her husband Joe Caldwell; and her brother Van Mills. She is survived by: her daughters, April Apperson (Dustin) of Ripley, TN and Alecia West (Marcus) of Jackson, TN; her mother Ann Mills (Smith) of Ripley; and her sister Dianne Garrett.
