She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Joe and Mary Frances Maxwell (Horn); her daughter Linda Jane Littles; and her brothers, William Perry, Ernie Maxwell and Wallace Maxwell.

She is survived by: her sons, Alvin Dupree Jr. of Dyersburg, TN, Alan Dupree of Halls, TN and Robert Hertog; and her siblings, Shirley Holcomb of Ripley, TN and Eugene Maxwell of Ripley, TN.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
