It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey James Arwood of Ripley, Tennessee, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey George and Effie Howard Arwood; his wife Reba Frances Arwood; and his sisters, Louise Hill and Joyce Arwood.

He is survived by: his children, Sheila Pena (Perry) of Maryville, TN, Phillip Arwood (Sherry) of Ripley, TN and Stephen Arwood (Lisa) of Covington, TN; and his sister Jean Howell (Eugene) of Batesville, MS.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
