He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Paul Grear Fletcher. He is survived by: his fiancée Penny Grear of Ripley; and his daughters, Rhonda Dixon (Michael) of Trenton, KY, Candice Fletcher (Michael) of Brighton, Kathrine Collins (Quentin) of Brighton and Jessica Fletcher of Ripley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
