She is survived by: her sisters, Hazel Womac (Seldon) of Cleveland and Nellie Ingram (Kenneth) of Cleveland; and her caregivers, Jan Matthews, Jean Womac and Randy Shelton. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
