She is survived by: her husband Brandon Carter of Jasper; her parents, Travis Peeler of Athens and Melissa Plemons Peeler of Etowah; her daughters, Thessa Carter of Jasper and Nikita Carter of Jasper; her siblings, Nichole Peeler of Etowah, Travis Peeler, Jr. of Riceville and Nathaniel Plemons of Tellico Plains; her grandmother Karen Smith; her great-grandparent Lurlyne Smith; and her grandparents, Jack Plemons of Riceville and Kim Plemons (Many) of Etowah. She is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews.
