She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Riechert and Helen Riechert; her husband Samuel Sparkman; and her children, John Keith and Jeannine Schjolin.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Tumuty, Scott Keith, Christopher Keith, Sherry Pilarczyk and Thomas Keith; her stepdaughter Pamela West; her sister Avis Christie; her close friends, Marcus Miller and Martha Fugate; her pet Sammie; and also Marcus Blake Miller. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many friends.
