He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Halmon, Sr. and Mary Louiza Bohannon Perry; and his brothers, Vernon, Rollin, Edsel and Allen Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Black Perry of Riceville; his children, Lisha Craig (Dean) of Louisville, Tiffany Jimenez (Bruce) of Athens, Bethany Perry of Riceville, Yasmen Perry, Jasmen Perry of Cleveland, Mark Perry (Andrew Perry), Nathan Perry of Waterford, MI, Travis Campbell (Giovanni Perry) and Christian Perry of Athens; and his brothers, William Perry (Bill) of Kodak and Jerry Perry (Dixie) of Riceville. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
