He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Campbell (Jason) of Elizabethton, TN; his grandchildren, Sophie, Alex and Taylor; his daughter Katie Belk (Kale) of Athens, TN; his grandchildren, Lily, Maggie and Rhett; his mother-in-law Cora Lauderback; his siblings-in-law, Klyne, Eddie Lauderback and Linda Bays; his former wife Betsy West; and his stepson Will Van Zonneveld. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
