She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Dill and Fannie Harris Dill; her husband Bobby Ray Carter; and her brother Larry Dill. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Rhea (Jimmy) and Brent Carter (Angela); her grandchildren, Rebecca Gillam (Kory), Blake Carter (Kaitlyn), Jill Jones (James), Oakley Hicks (Ashley), Paige Hicks and Heather Rhea (Kory); her sister Betty Joyce Myers; and her nieces and nephews, Tonya Parker, Tresa Lovingood, Chelsea Baker, Makenzie Lovingood, Andy, Hailey Dill, Stacy Baker and Caleb Parker. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
