He is survived by: his wife Janice Lewis Derrick; his children, Stacy Warner (Paul), Chad Derrick (Jessica) and Jeff Derrick (Lauren); his grandchildren, Hannah Pemberton, Mason Warner, Karsan Jackson (Terry), Isabelle Jaramillo, Zakary Derrick and Avery Derrick; his great grandchild Waylon Jackson; and his siblings, Billie Rhea, Borden Derrick and Tracy Derrick (Linda).
