She was predeceased by: her parents, James Newton Stephens and Alta Isabelle Bohannon Allen; her husband John Willard Inskeep; her sons, Ricky Evans and Stephen Evans; her grandson Rocky Evans Jr.; her sister Joyce Powers; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Baldwin; and her stepbrothers, Morris Allen and Curtis Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Trina Moses (Jeff) of Riceville and Rocky Evans (Cathy) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Eric Evans, April Evans, Christa Black, Niki Burden, Abbie Hardin, Courtney Strong, Ridley Moses and Jessica Moses; her stepgranddaughter Renelle Bouffard; her sister Deborah Carriker (George) of Knoxville; and her close friends, Janie Taylor and Kat Moses. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
