It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Banks (Puryear, Tennessee), born in Henry, Tennessee, who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Heaven Leigh Salyer; and her sister Judy Banks. She is survived by: her spouse George Michael Evans; her children, Destiny Hilliard (Marquis) of Nashville, TN and Tristan Evans of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, DaVasha, Audrie, Xavior and Isaiah Hilliard; and her siblings, Patricia McClure (Joe) of Paris, TN, Donnie Banks (Susan), Lynn Banks (Janet) of Paris, Johnny Banks of Murray, KY, Dwain Evans and Fay Evans of Paris, TN..
