Adams (Jami) of Hazel, KY; her siblings, Brenda Barrow (David) of Murray, KY, Charles Wyatt (Kathy) of Paducah, KY, Billy Wyatt of Hazel, KY and Randy Wyatt of Hazel, KY; and her grandchildren, Tammy Marie Adams, Hunter James Adams and Haylee Lyn Wallace.
