She is survived by: her husband Jerry Woodard of Pulaski, TN.; her children, Lisa Pickett (Jeff) of Pulaski, TN. and Michael Woodard (Melisha) of Campbellsville, TN.; her grandchildren, Priscilla Pickett, Ryan Pickett (Mallory), Micheal Casey Woodard and Kerestin Woodard; and her great grandchildren, Brentley, Ryan Thomas, Beau and Vivian. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and friends.
