She was predeceased by: her husband Argus Moyers; her parents, James Riggs and Mindie Riggs; her sons, Stephen, Larry, Barry and James "Skip" Moyers; and her grandsons, Andy Moyers and Mark Moyers, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Pam Price (Bill) and Mark Moyers (Pam); her grandchildren, Matthew Moyers (Shannon), Jennifer Johnson, Felicia Sexton (Lance), Candice Justus, Jonathan Compton, Joshua Moyers (Jessica), Jeremy Moyers, Stephen Feinberg (Jhuvhel), Jonathan Merriman, Melissa Carroll, Lynnsey Metcalf (Richard) and Amy Hill; her great grandchildren, Bubba Moyers, Rebecca, Sistina Johnson, Moira, Andrea Sexton, Joshua, Caitlin Justus, Kane, Alexis Feinberg, Leif McElreath, Ryan Willoughby, Victoria, Isabella Carroll and Keyson Metcalf; her brother Charlie Riggs; and her cousins, Danny and Barbara Kirkendall. She is also survived by 7 great-great grandchildren.
