It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Diane Harbin of Powell, Tennessee, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Norris and Jessie Norris. She is survived by: her husband Rick Harbin; her daughter Jessica Harbin; her stepson Shawn Harbin; her sisters, Deborah Norris and Janet Jones (Mike); and her niece Brittany Logan (Hondo). She is also survived by cousins, and many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flower, donations may be made to MD Anderson in Houston.
