He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Ann Bowen (Hardin); and his brother Stephen Prentice Bowen. He is survived by: his father William Prentice Bowen; his son William Christopher Bowen (Kelsey) of Franklin, KY; his sister Lisa Bowers (Brian) of Portland, TN; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Bowen and Ruby Ann Bowen.
