She was predeceased by: her father Burton Blackburn; and her sisters, Gail Hodges and Lisa Blackburn. She is survived by: her husband Travis Sadler; her daughters, April Houston (Nick) and Mindy Austin (Butch); her grandchildren, Clayton Houston, Elton Houston, Braxton Sadler and Madison Sadler; and her siblings, Dale Blackburn (Brenda), Bobby Blackburn, Ricky Blackburn, Peggy Sue Russell and Joyce Phelps (John).
