He is survived by: his partner Tracy Zaleski of Portland, TN; his children, Cassidy, Katie, Corey, Abigail Johnson, Katelyn Bailey, Tyler A. Bailey, Dalton M Bailey, Leslie and Autumn Johnson; his siblings, Tina Martin (Jonathan), Devona Carpenter (Ward), Harry Witteride (Velvet), Sharon Cook and Rhonda Wright; his grandchildren, Isabella Rose Matthews, Amilli, Ishon Chatham and Dominic Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Steven Marksberry (Shelby), Kristina Marksberry, Amber Ferman (Corey), Jonathan Martin, Phillip Witteride (Jacqueline), Kyle Witteride (Morgan Jacobs), Amanda Green (Jimmy), Renee Carpenter, Ward Carpenter Jr. and Brandon Carpenter (Elizabeth); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carly Martin, Mariah Marksberry, Alexa Marksberry, Hunter Witteride, Charles Jacobs, Lucy Witteride, Sophia Witteride, Lylian Grace, Tayah Holdcraft, Kloyi Grace, David Holdcraft Jr., Josh Holdcraft, Paisley Martian, Corbin Carpenter and Aiden Carpenter.
